I’m Erica Blackshear, a licensed cosmetologist and proud Paul Mitchell alumni, dedicated to empowering women to embrace the beauty of their natural crown.

I believe luxury begins with self-care, and your hair is a vital part of that journey. As women, our bodies endure powerful transitions: childbirth, hormonal changes, and life’s many stresses. I was born and raised in a small town in upstate New York, where I was affectionately known as the family hairstylist. What began as a childhood gift grew into a professional calling in 2019. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to deliver transformative results by blending cutting-edge techniques, premium products, and a deeply personal approach to every client’s journey.

My background in healthcare allows me to approach hair care from a place of empathy, understanding, and wellness. No two women are the same, and neither are their hair journeys. Every guest receives a customized plan designed for her unique lifestyle, goals, and hair needs.
